During my recent trip to Birmingham for Insomnia, 5 of us decided to go up the High Ropes at The Bear Grylls Experience!

When we arrived you had around 30 minutes to look around and then it was time

You get shown a safety video before you are taking through to get your safety equipment.

After this, you are taken to the end of a chinook helicopter at the side of the building where you have the fun of a zip wire to take you outside to the high ropes.

After that you get another talk of what to do and then you are free to experience the high ropes at your own will until your time ends.

It was alot of fun and a great experience I can highly recommend it to you if you dont mind heights.

I must admit it was scary at first but when you get into it, it actually becomes very enjoyable.
