As soon as I arrived from my Eurostar journey I headed to the Disney Express counter where I just had to give my name and hotel and was walked over to the bag drop off and given my receipt for my case.
Following this I headed for the next desk to pick up my magic pass which acts as my room key, park ticket and half board plus ticket.
I was also given a voucher to collect my PhotoPlus which I had to pick up separately.
I also did not get my room number when I checked in with the Disney Express Service, but it was nice to be able to drop my case off so I could go directly yo the parks rather than having to go to the hotel first.
I then eventually got my room number by text and email, however my room card wasn’t activated so had to get that done at the hotel reception.
As a word of warning as well, af the Sequoia Lodge, the baggage pick up shuts at midnight, reception will still help with getting the baggage for you.
