Today, Universal Destinations & Experiences has released the required Economic Impact Assessment!
Reading the report, it has a lot of positive signs that they could go ahead with the project, however as of yet this has not yet been confirmed.
Key points from the report are:
- Net economic contribution of £35.1 billion during construction and first 20 years
- Generates 20,000 jobs during construction
- Initial 8,000 jobs when operating rising over time
