Something which passholders have been wanting and asking for, finally happened again, we got a passholders day at Thorpe Park, something we haven’t had for a while.

It meant that two weeks before Thorpe Park opens for the 2025 season, we were able to access the park from 11am until 7pm!

Sadly during the day, Stealth was unable to operate due to a technical issue which wasn’t able to be resolved.

There were times aswell when rides became unavailable including Hyperia which went down a number of times.

The weather wasn’t too bad although it did get a bit cold, which could also have been the reason for rides becoming unavailable.

Passholder Days generally give staff an opportunity to practice their training on the rides to be prepared for when the park fully opens.

During my visit it was nice to see some staff from previous years back.

Most of the rides also had minimal queue times aswell (apart from Hyperia as you would expect).

Sadly I didn’t manage to try out one of the new food options as they were only taking cash payments due to the card machine not working.

It was also great to see some friends during the visit aswell!

Of course we are counting down the days until Thorpe fully reopens, even though sadly there’s no signs of any kind of entertainment going to happen.
